| 摘 要： | 本文对14例骨转移癌和20例良性骨肿瘤患者进行三相骨显象检查,并用TF比值和患/健比值进行良、恶性的鉴别。TF比值对良、恶性鉴别的灵敏度为58%,特异性为75%,准确率为66%。而用患/健比值进行鉴别,其灵敏度为65%,特异性为85%,准确率为73%,略优于TF比值的诊断效能。本文认为三相骨显象的患/健比值有助于良、恶性骨病的鉴别诊断。

| Abstract: | Three-phase bone imaging were performed on 14 patients with metastatic bone tumor and 20 patients with benign bone tumor. TF and L/N (lesion-to-nonlesion) ratios were used as parameters of differential diagnosis. TF ratios in sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 58%, 75% and 66% respectively, and L/N ratios;65%, 85% and 73% respectively. |
