摘    要:目的:探讨高原低氧环境对去势大鼠骨密度、生物力学和骨组织病理变化影响及复方红景天对其保护作用。方法:选用Wistar雌性大白鼠120只,高、平原各60只。分别摘除卵巢或假性去卵巢。分为A组(假手术组),B组(切除卵巢组),C组(切除卵巢+尼尔雌醇组),D组(切除卵巢+红景天混合饲料组)。每组15只,高原组术后在海拔3100m地区饲养,术后3个月处死,取出实验鼠的腰椎和股骨,行骨密度和生物力学测定,常规石蜡切片,HE染色观察腰椎和股骨骨组织病理学变化。并与平原组进行对照。结果:高原B组腰椎和股骨骨密度和生物力学值与A组比较显著降低。与C和D组比较也有明显降低。C、D组腰椎和股骨骨密度和生物力学值与A组比较统计学处理无明显差异,平原组B组腰椎和股骨骨密度和生物力学与A组比较显著降低,与C和D组比较也明显降低。C和D组腰椎和股骨骨密度和生物力学值与A组比较无明显差异。高原A、B、C和D组腰椎和股骨骨密度和生物力学值(除股骨生物力学部分内容外)与平原相应组比较均明显降低。骨组织学观察:高原B组股骨和腰椎与A组比较骨皮质变薄,骨髓腔扩大,骨小梁分布稀疏,骨小梁变细,见断裂现象。平原B组股骨和腰椎组织变化同高原B组。结论:高原环境可引起骨密度、生物力学改变,复方红景天具有明显抑制骨吸收作用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the changes of bone dense,biomechanics and bone microstructure of(ovariectomized) rats at high altitude and the protective of rhodiola astragalus codonopsis compound(RACC).(Methods:)A total of 60 female ovariectomized rats were divided into group A(sham operation group or normal group),group B(ovariectomized group),group C(orariectomized + nilestriol) and group D(ovariectomized + mixed feed with RACC).The animals were fed for 3 months at high altitude(3 100 m above sea level).Before they were executed,the fourth lumbar vertebra and femur of the experimental rats were harvested.Bone mineral dense and biomechanics were determined by DEX and universal testing machine.Results: The bone dense indexes of lumbar vertebra and femur and biomechanics in group A,B,C and D decreased significantly compared with the groups fed on plain.Thinner cortical plate and fracture of bone trabecula were also observed in group B.There were no(significant) differences of bone dense and biomechanics in group C and D compared with those in group A.(Conclusion:)Changes of bone dense and biomechanics could be caused by the environment of high altitude and RACC could inhibit bone absorption.
