匹多莫德口服液治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效观察

目的：探讨匹多莫德口服液治疗反复呼吸道感染的疗效。方法：门诊就诊反复呼吸道感染小儿60例,随机分为两组,匹多莫德治疗组和对照组,两组均予抗感染,对症治疗基础上,匹多莫德治疗组予匹多莫德40mg,每日2次口服,共两周,然后改为40mg日一次,总疗程60d。停药后随诊6个月。治疗组治疗前后比较其感染次数和感染持续时间,治疗组和对照组间比较总有效率。结果：治疗组服药前后呼吸道感染次数,感染持续时间比较,服药后感染次数明显减少,感染持续时间缩短,（P〈0.05）,差异有显著性。治疗组和对照组疗效评估结果,治疗组总有效率为83.3%,明显高于对照组（20.0%）,差异有显著性,P〈0.01。结论：匹多莫德口服液治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效确切,值得在儿科推广使用。

The effects of PIDOTOMOD on children's recurrent respiratory infection

Objective To observe the treatment effects of PIDOTOMOD on children's recurrent respiratory infection.Method Total 60 children with recurrent respiratory infection were divided into two groups randomly,one was PIDOTOMOD group,the other was the control group.They were all treated with antibiotic and expectant,but PIDOTOMOD group added PIDOTOMOD 40mg bid p.o.for 2 weeks,then 40mg qd p.o.,the total course of treatment were 60 days.After treatment,follow-up survey lasted for 6 months.In PIDOTOMOD group,the infection times and duration of illness before and after treatment were compared,and the total effective rate between PIDOTOMOD group and the control group were compared.Results In PIDOTOMOD group,the infection times and duration of illness after treatment were significantly decreased than that of before treatment(P<0.05).The effective rate of PIDOTOMOD group was 83.3%,the control group was 20.0%,and there was significant difference between them(P<0.01).Conclusion There is significant effects of PIDOTOMOD on children's recurrent respiratory infection.
