恶性血液疾病中D—D二聚体及FDP的检测

作者检测了75例急性白血病（AL），15例非何杰金氏恶性淋巴瘤（NHL）和12例多发性骨髓瘤（MM）患者的纤溶指标，结果发现：1．白血病初治和复发患者、NHL及部分MM初治患者在治疗前D－D二聚体和纤维蛋白（原）降解产物FDP水平明显升高，存在明显纤溶亢进；2.AL、NHL及MM患者止凝血指标异常，经治疗完全缓解后均有明显改善；3．APL初治病例在ATRA诱导分化过程中，D－D和FDP异常持续存在，至缓解后有明显下降，进一步巩固化疗后才全部得到纠正。结果表明，继发性纤溶亢进是血液系统恶性疾病出凝血机制异常的特点之一，与血液系统恶性疾病的病情呈一定的相关关系。

Analysis of the Level of D-D and FDP in Patients with Hematologic Malignant Diseases

We analysed the hemostatic parameters in 75 acute leukemia, 12 multiple myeloma and 15 non- Hodgkin's lymphoma cases. The results showed that these patients had hyperfibrinolytic state. The levels of D-D and FDP were higher and returned to normal after successful treatment.Here we analysed the parameters in patients with APL serially. We found the abnormal D-D and FDP were persistant during ATRA treatment and decreased significantly when patients got complete remission. In conclusion, the secondary hyperfibrinolytic state is a characteristic of hematologic malignancy and relates to the state of diseases.
