高血压病遗传性心血管肥大及其参数间的相关性

比较24名双亲均患高血压病（FH ）和19名无本病家族史（FH－）的正常少年组24h动态血压、超声心动图、前臂静脉阻断式肢体容积。发现：1．在FH 组心脏、血管价别以左室重量指数和“最小周围阻力”反映）均存在遗传性结构异常；2.24h收缩压、舒张压波动性以及白天收缩压、舒张压均较高;3.FH-组舒张压或其波动性与心血管改变间呈负相关的反馈调节，而FH 组不出现此现象。提示遗传性心血管肥大可能是一项预报对本病“易感”的“遗传标记”，宜及早防治。

Inherited Cardiovascular Hypertrophy and Their Correlations among Variables in Essential Hypertension

The 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM), echo-cardiongraphy and fore- arm venous occlusion plethysmography were compared between two groups of normotensive adolescents, 24 of them with both parents hypertensive (FH ) and 19 with both parents normotensive (FHu). Results showed: 1. Inherited structural defects both in heart and arterial vessels, represented separately by left heart mass index and "minimal peripheral resistance" were presented in FH group;2. 24 h systolic (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) averages and their variability, and daytime SBP and DBP averages were higher in FH group; 3. The colllpensatory feedback with inverse correlation between DBP or its variability and cardiovascular changes was seen in FH- group, but disappeared in FH group. It suggested that the inherited cardiovascular hypertrophy seen might be a predictive "genetic marker" for subjects susceptible to suffer from essential hypertension (EH), and the occurrence of EH might originate since childhood, and the prevention and control should also start form early life.
