补气通络方对大鼠坐骨神经功能指数恢复的影响

目的：通过观察由黄芪、人参、当归、川芎、丹参等药组成的补气通络方对大鼠坐骨神经损伤后神经再生的作用，为临床用药提供依所。用清洁级Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠４８只，行右坐骨神经切断后即刻行神经外膜缝合法造模，然后随机分成４组：补气通络胶囊剂组、补气通络注射剂组、维生素Ｂ１＋Ｂ６组和空白对照组。以手术方式造成右侧坐骨神经损伤，并于手术后２周到１２周期间，每２周进行１次足印测定，用测得的坐骨神经功能指数（ＩＳＦＩ

Effect of Buqi Tongluo Formula on Rat Sciatic Nerve Function Index

Buqi Tongluo Formula is composed of Radix Astragali seu Hedysari, Radix Ginseng, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, etc., and is effective for the neural regeneration after peripheral nerve injury. Forty-eight clean-level Wistar rats receiving cutting of right sciatic nerve immediately followed by suture of neural adventitia served as nerve injury models. They were randomly allocated to 4 groups: Group 1 (treated with Buqi Tongluo Granule), Group 2 (treated with Buqi Tongluo Injection), Group 3 (treated with Vitamin B 1and B 6) and Group 4 (blank control). Sciatic nerve function index (SNFI) was determined every 2 weeks from 2 to 12 weeks after operation by checking rat footprint.The results showed that the restoration of SNFI in Group 1 and Group 2 was better than those in Group 3 and Group 4 (P< 0.05 or 0.01 ). It is indicated that Buqi Tongluo Formula is beneficial to the recovery of peripheral nerve function after injury.
