咽异感症的病因诊断

目的　对咽异感症患者进行全面的病因检查 ,以提高对此症的认识 ,减少误诊、漏诊。方法　对186例主诉咽异感症的患者进行认真的病史询问 ,系统地做咽喉部、邻近器官及相关的全身检查、治疗、观察 ,做出最后诊断。结果　 186例患者中 ,病因为咽部炎性疾病占 61.3 % ,咽喉部肿瘤占 12 .4% ,邻近器官疾病占9.7% ,颈部疾病占 3 .2 % ,消化系统疾病占 5 .9% ,非器质性疾病占 7.5 %。结论　咽喉部感觉异常 ,常非单一疾病 ,而是多种疾病引起的咽喉症状 ,认真检查病因 ,方能作出正确诊断

Etiological diagnosis of paresthesia pharyngis

Objective To increase congnition and decrease misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis by overall checking etiological factor of patient with paresthesia pharyngis.Methods One hundred and eighty-six cases of paresthesia pharyngis were seriously inquired for their history;laryngopharynx and neighboring organs were examined;general physical checkup was made;observing their therapeutic efficacy and making final diagnosis.Results Of the etiological factors,pharyngeal inflammation made up 61.3%,pharyngeal tumor 12.4%,diseases of neighboring organ 9.7%,cervical diseases 3.2%,disease of digestive system 5.9%,and non-organic disease 7.5%.Conclusion Laryngopharyngeal paresthesia usually isn′t a single disease,it is pharyngeal symptom caused by various diseases.Its etiological factors must be seriously checked so as to make a correct diagnosis.
