| 摘 要： | 静脉注射国产氨吡酮治疗30例重度充血性心衰患者,治疗前后用脉冲多普勒和M型超声心动图测定其心功能,并与10例安慰剂组作单盲对照。结果表明,国产氨吡酮静脉制剂能显著改善重度心衰患者的左室收缩功能,亦可使舒张功能有所改善。同时,对测定心脏扩大患者心排血量的两种超声方法比较后认为,多普勒比M型测定更可靠。

| Abstract: | 30 patients with severe congestive heart failure were treated by domestic intravenous amrinone. The cardiac function was measured by pulsed Doppler and M-mode echocardiography before and after the treatment. The indices were contrasted with those of 10 patients treated by placebo single-blin-dly. The results show that the domestic intravenous amrinone can significantly improve the systolic function of the left ventricle in the patients with severe congestive heart failure and that it is also beneficial to the diastolic function of left ventricle. After comparing the two ultrasonic methods, we found that the Doppler method is more reliable than M-mode technique in the measurement of cardiac indices of the patients with enlarged heart. |
