白内障在教师中患病率及手术率调查分析

目的：调查分析白内障在教师中患病率及手术率。方法2531位教师体检，进行眼科体检，包括视力、裂隙灯显微镜及眼底检查。观察白内障患病率和手术率。结果白内障（含已手术病例）438例，患病率17.3%；随着年龄的增加，白内障患病率明显增高。而且男性的白内障患病率较女性高，为24.8%。白内障已手术病例19例，占白内障4.3%；其中男10例（单眼6例、双眼4例）；女9例（单眼2例、双眼7例）。结论白内障是眼科常见致盲病，常规眼科体检有助于疾病的早诊断、及时治疗，提高白内障手术率，减少盲的发生，改善患者生活质量。

Analysis of cataract prevalence and operation rate in teachers

Objective To estimate the cataract prevalence and the rate of surgery in the teachers. Methods There were 2531 teachers received physical examination, including vision, slit lamp microscope and fundus examination, observed cataract prevalence and operation rate.Results There were 438 cases of cataract （including surgical cases）, accounting for 17.3%; with the increase of age, cataract prevalence rate increased significantly, but male cataract prevalence rate is high, more than female, was 24.8%. 19 cases were performed surgery, accounting for 4.3%; there were 10 cases in men（6 cases of monocular, 4 cases of binoculus）; 9 cases in women （2 cases of monocular, 7 cases of binoculus）.Conclusion Cataract is a common blinding eye disease, eye examination is helpful to early diagnosis and timely treatment of the disease to improve life quality of patients.
