米索前列醇联合缩宫素预防产后出血疗效分析

目的：观察米索前列醇舌下含化联合缩宫素对产后出血的预防效果。方法足月阴道分娩产妇共500例，随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组250例，在胎儿娩出后予米索前列醇舌下含化，并静脉滴注缩宫素；对照组250例，仅静脉滴注缩宫素。比较两组产后2 h的出血量、产后24 h出血总量、第三产程时间及用药不良反应。结果与对照组比较，治疗组产妇在产后2 h出血量为（180.2±75.3）ml、第三产程时间（7.25±3.21）min及产后24 h出血总量为（199.5±108.6）ml均有明显减少，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01），并且使用米索前列醇未见严重不良反应。结论米索前列醇联合缩宫素用于预防阴道分娩产后出血效果好，副作用少，值得临床推广使用。

Clinical analysis of misoprostol combined with oxytocin to prevent postpartum hemorrhage

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of sublingual misoprostol and oxytocin in preventing postpartum hemorrhage.Methods Divided 500 cases of maternal vaginal delivery into experimental group and control group, 250 cases in each group, control group were injected with oxytocin and observation group used sublingual misoprostol to observe and compare on base of control group. The third stage of labor, 2 h and 24 h postpartum hemorrhage were observed and compared. Results Compared with control group, the differences of the third stage, 2 h and 24 h postpartum bleeding volume of labor of experimental group（7.25±3.21）ml, （180.2±75.3）ml, （199.5±108.6）ml] decreased, differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Postpartum hemorrhage of observation group was reduced（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Misoprostol combined with oxytocin to prevent postpartum hemorrhage can be better and safety, so it is worthy of clinical application.
