电刺激对兔骨骼肌组织结构和组化的影响

摘    要:应用多功能强肌仪对24只兔股四头肌进行5—10周不同强度和不同频率的电刺激训练,通过光镜观察、图象分析、组化和生化测定表明,电刺激(在动物能忍受的强度内)可使肌组织产生适应性改变:肌纤维(F)增粗,毛细血管数密度(C)和C/F增加、酶活性增强和糖元储量增加等。但未见肌组织的明显损伤。提示,电刺激方法较安全,可以推广应用。

Effects of Electrical Stimulation on Tissue Structure and Histochemistry of Skeletal Muscle in Rabbits

Abstract:In order to investigate the effects of electrical stimulation(ES)on 93 tissue structure and histochemistry of skeletal muscle, 31 Chinchilla rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups: A(n= 12),B(n= 12) and C(n = 7)groups. The quadriceps femoris of right thighs in both A and B group were received the ES with different frequencies and intensities. The protocol for ES was designed as 10 sec stimulation with 50 sec interval, 20 times or 10 times each session, lasting for 5 to 10 weeks for both A and B groups. Group C received no ES. The results showed that 1) the activity of SDH and LDH in the ES thighs was enhanced, and image analysis revealed that the grey scale of SDH and PAS in those thighs was significantly increased in comparison with that in left thighs and group C(p<0.05-0.01). 2) the ratio of capillary to fiber in right thighs was overall increased (p<0.05). The findings indicated that ES improved the aerobic and anaerobic metabolism and the capacity of blood and glyco-gen supply, 3) the number of fiber per unit area decreased. This caused the increase in muscle strength in ES thighs. At the same time, no considerable muscle damage was found through light microscopy and free radical determination, suggesting that ES was a safer supplementary method for muscle training.
