Abstract: | We report a case of a 78-years-old woman with common iliac arteriovenous fistula associated with ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm. Common iliac arteriovenous fistula was diagnosed preoperatively by CT. Anesthesia was induced with propofol and vecuronium and maintained with sevoflurane 2-3% in oxygen. Anesthesia was managed successfully monitoring hemodynamic state including central venous pressure and compensating of blood loss by autotransfusion. The patient underwent successful abdominal aortic replacement with uneventful postoperative course without any complications. |
