心肌桥致急性冠状动脉综合征患者的临床分析

目的探讨心肌桥致急性冠状动脉综合征的临床诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析高州市人民医院自2006年1月至2009年12月期间收治的心肌桥致急性冠状动脉综合征患者28例的临床资料。结果 28例心肌桥致急性冠状动脉综合征患者经手术治疗后心绞痛症状均消失,术后给予阿司匹林、β受体阻滞剂和钙通道阻滞剂等治疗,恢复良好,跟踪随访6个月,无复发病例。结论心肌桥可引起急性冠状动脉综合征得发生,临床诊断主要依靠冠状动脉造影检查,治疗方法多采取手术治疗,效果理想。

The Clinical Analysis of Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome by Myocardial Bridge

Objective To discuss the clinical diagnosis and treatment about patients with acute coronary syndrome by myocardial bridge. Methods A retrospective analysis of Gaozhou people＇s hospital from January 2006 - December 2009 admitted to the myocardial bridge during the acute coronary syndrome clinical data of 28 patients. Results 28 patients with myocardial bridge patients with acute coronary syndrome symptoms of angina after surgery disappeared, after aspirin, 13 blockers and calcium channel blockers such as treatment, recovered well, followed up for 6 months, no recurrence. Conclusion The myocardial bridge can cause acute coronary syndrome may occur, clinical diagnosis depends on coronary angiograpby, treatment and more to surgical treatment, the results are satisfactory.
