| 消痔灵的药效学及临床疗效观察 |

| 摘 要： | 目的 观察消痔灵的有关药效学指标及其临床疗效。方法 采用抗炎试验，镇痛试验及止血试验进行药效学观察；对196例不同类型痔疮患者分别采用不同的用药方法治疗，观察其临床疗效。结果 消痔灵具有良好的抗炎、镇痛及止血作用；对内痔，外痔，混合痔的治愈率分别为52．9％，24％，31．6％，总有效率均为100％。结论 消痔灵组方合理，疗效高，无明显的毒副作用，是治疗痔疮的理想药物。

| Abstract: | Objective Pharmacodynamical indexes of xiaozhiling and its curative effects were observed and studied here.Methods The anti inflammatory analgesic and hemostatic tests were performed to study the pharmocodynamical characters of xiaozhiling.Results The experimental results showed that xiaozhiling had good anti inflammatory,analgesic and hemostatic effects.The curative rates for internal,external and mixed hemorrh oids were 50.3%,24% and 28.7% respectively.The total curative rate was 100%.Conclusion Xiaozhiling can be used as an ideal drug in treating hemorrhoids for its rational preparation,high curative effects and no obvious toxic and side effects. |
