| 摘 要： | 目的了解极早期测定B型钠利尿肽（BNP）在急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者的价值。方法60例AMI患者在发病6h内及12h分别测定BNP，以AMI前BNP水平作为对照，两两进行比较。结果极早期BNP水平与发病前相比无统计学意义，而12h时BNP水平与心肌梗死前及极早期相比均有统计学意义。结论极早期测定BNP主要反映心肌梗死前的BNP水平，难以用于预后评价或者危险分层。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of plasma B-type natriuretic peptide concentration in very early-phase of acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Methods BNP was determined within 6h and 12h of onset.The levels of BNP before AMI was taken as control.Results There was no difference of BNP level between the time of admission and before AMI,but the BNP level was higher at 12h after in the patients of AMI.Conclusion Very early-phase determination of BNP is not recommended,because it mainly reflects the BNP level before AMI,so it can not be used in the assessment of prognosis and risk stratification. |
