乳腺癌患者血浆凝血功能检测的意义

 目的　了解乳腺癌患者凝血功能的变化情况。方法　检测156例乳腺癌患者血浆凝血酶原时间（PT）、活化部分凝血酶时间（APTT）、凝血酶时间（TT）、纤维蛋白原定量（Fib），与35例健康体检者进行对比分析。结果　乳腺癌患者PT为（11.24±0.93）s，与健康对照组相比延长（P＝0.008）；TT为（14.85±1.25）s，比对照组延长（P＝0.015）；Fib水平为（3.31±0.77）g／L，比对照组降低（P＝0.007）；APTT为（34.04±4.82）s，比对照组有延长趋势，但差异无统计学意义（P＝0.089）。结论　乳腺癌患者可能存在纤溶亢进和凝血时间延长

Detection of plasma PT,APTT,TT and Fib in patients with breast cancer

Objective　To explore the coagulation indices in patients with breast cancer. Methods　To detect the coagulation indices of PT, APTT, TT and Fib in the plasma of 156 cases with breast cancer and 35 cases of healthy subject. Results　The levels of PT, TT were (11.24±0.93)s, (14.85±1.25)s respectively and significantly prolonged compared with the control group(P＝0.008, P＝0.015). The level of Fib was (3.31±0.77) g/L and markedly reduced compared with the control group(P＝0.007). The level of APTT was (34.04±4.82)s and had a prolonged tendency compared with the control group, however, there were not statistically difference(P＝0.089). Conclusion　The state of inactivation of coagulation may exist in patients with breast cancer.
