| 摘 要： | 本研究通过对湖北省仙桃市伍家场村农民进行为期2周的健康教育强化干预,比较干预前后农民卫生知识(K),卫生态度(A)、卫生行为(B)的变化情况,运用逐步回归多因素分析。表明:①短期干预对农民K、A均分提高明显,提高率分别为17.92％和14.06％;②不同人群短期干预效果不同;③干预、文化程度、年龄、性别与K、A、B变化有高度关联性,以上诸因素综合作用可提高短期干预效果。由此探讨一种农村健康教育切实可行的方法。

| Abstract: | A survey was conducted of the changes in health knowledge (K), health attitude (A) and health behaviour (B) of local farmers before and after a two-week health education course in Wujiachang village,Xiantao county,Hubei Province. The date were analysed with multiple stepwise regression models. It was found that: (1 )Short-term intervention made the average scores of farmers' K and A improved markedly and their rate increased by 17. 92% and 14. 06% respectively; (2)the short-term interventional effect on different populations is different;and (3) the changes in K,A,B have high correlation with intervention , educational level, age, sex and marital status. The comprehensive action of the above factors can influence short-term interventional effect. Consequently, a feasible method is rendered available for country health education. |
