| 摘 要： | 目的：探索银屑病皮损组织中热休克蛋白60（HSP60）、热休克蛋白90（HSP90）与糖皮质激素受体活性的相关性。方法：采用免疫组化方法检测银屑病患者皮损组织中HSP60、HSP90和糖皮质激素受体（GR）的表达，并作相关陛分析。结果：银屑病皮损组织中HSP60、HSP90明显表达，GR有较低水平表达，HSP60、HSP90与GR呈负相关，相关系数分别为～0．77457与-0．74252。结论：银屑病皮损组织中HSP60、HSP90与GR的活性有一定的关系，可能在银屑病发病和病程演变中起一定的作用。 |
