精神分裂症治疗前后血清5－羟色胺的改变

本文采用荧光分光光度法测定３８例Ⅰ型精神分裂症患者和２３例Ⅱ型精神分裂症患者治疗前后血清５－羟色胺浓度，并与３６例健康对照组作比较，结果表明血清５－羟色胺浓度Ⅰ型病人显著低于Ⅱ型病人和对照组，而后两者无明显差异，Ⅰ型病人治疗前后血清５－羟色胺浓度有显著差异，Ⅱ型病人治疗前后血清５－羟色胺浓度无明显差异。

CHANGES OF SERUM SEROTONIN INTYPE I AND II SCHIZOPHRENIA BE-FORE AND AFTER TREATMENT

he concentrations of serum serotonin beforeand after treatment in 38 type 1 schizopbrenic pa-tients and 23 type II schizophrenic patients were de-termined by fluorospectrophotometry and comparedwith 36 normal controls. The results showed theconcentration of serum serotonin in type I patientswas reniarkably lower than in type II patients andthe controls ( P<0.01), but tbere was no signifi-cant difference between the two latters(p <0. 05).The concentrations of serum serotonin before andafter treatment in type I patients had significant dif-ference ( p <0.05), but not in type II patients ( p>0. 05). Further discussion on pathologic andphysiological mechanism of type I and IIschizophrenia was also done based on biochemicalrelation of serotonin metabolism.
