磁共振成像诊断膝关节半月板损伤的意义

目的：探讨ＭＲＩ对膝关节半月板损伤诊断的价值。方法：分析３３个膝关节６６个半月板病变的ＭＲＩ表现，并与关节镜检查结果对照。结果：ＭＲＩ能准确显示不同程度的半月板损伤，对半月板撕裂的诊断与关节镜检查结果基本一致，符合率９６．３％，并能发现半月板的早期退变。结论：ＭＲＩ是诊断半月板撕裂准确而又无损伤的检查方法，为临床治疗提供了确切和可靠的诊断依据

Evaluation of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the diagnosisof meniscal injuries of the knee joint

Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic significance of MRI in meniscal injuries of the knee joint.Methods:MRI was performed in 66 meniscuses of 33 knee joints of patients suspected to have meniscal injuries,and arthroscopic examination of all these knee joints was done for comparison.Results:MRI could clearly demonstrate different degrees of meniscal injuries with a coincidence rate of 96.3% and with the identical results of arthroscopic examination in diagnosing meniscal tears,and it could discover early degenerative lesions of the meniscuses.Conclusion:MRI is an accurate and noninvasive method in the diagnosis of meniscal tears providing reliable diagnostic criterion for clinical treatment.
