氟比洛芬酯脂微球注射液用于晚期癌症疼痛镇痛效果的临床观察

目的 观察氟比洛芬酯脂微球载体注射液治疗晚期癌性疼痛的疗效和药物不良反应.方法 72例未曾使用过阿片类药物的中至重度癌性疼痛患者随机接受静脉注射50～100mg氟比洛芬酯脂微球载体注射液或姑息治疗,分别观察治疗前后疼痛改善程度、生活质量及药物不良反应等.结果 氟比洛芬酯脂微球载体注射液治疗中至重度癌性疼痛患者的总有效率为72.2%(26/36).与治疗前和对照组相比,治疗后氟比洛芬酯组患者生活质量显著提高,且差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).无一例出现阿片类药物常见的便秘、恶心、呕吐等不良反应,以及非甾体类药物常见的腹痛、上消化道出血等并发症.结论 氟比洛芬酯脂微球载体注射液治疗晚期癌性疼痛患者疗效肯定,不良反应发生率低、安全有效,患者生活质量明显改善.

Clinical observation on analgesic effect of flurbiprofen axetil infection in advanced cancer

Objective To invesigate the efficacy and drug adverse reaction of flurbiprofen axetil injection in the treatment for advanced cancer pain. Methods Seventy--two patients with moderate to se- vere cancer pain were randomly treated with flurbiprofen axetil injection （50~ 100 mg/d intravenously; n =36, group A） or palliative therapy as control （ n --36, group B）. All patients were not given opioid agent. The degree of pain, quality of life, and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared in both groups. Results The total effective rate of flurbiprofen in treatment of moderate and severe cancer pain was 72. 20%. After treatment the quality of life was obviously improved in group A, and was significantly better than that in group B （P〈0.05）. Adverse reactions of opiates treatment such as con- stipation, nausea or vomiting were not seen. No side effects of non--steroidal anti--inflammatory drugs such as abdominal pain or hemorrhage of upper digestive tract occurred. Conclusions The effect of flurbiprofen axetil injection is positive in treatment of moderate and severe cancer pain. Flurbiprofen can obviously improve the quality of life of patients with advanced cancer, and the incidence of adverse reaction is low. Therefore, this therapy is safe and effective for treating advanced cancer pain.
