| Abstract: | [Objective]To study a new method of determining aluminum in human serum. [Methods］The determining method is polarographic adsorptive complex wave in the solutionof acetic acid sodium acetate beryllon Ⅲ with pH５.8.[Results]The detection limit was 1.9×10-７mol/L. the linear range was between 4.7×10-7～1.5×10-5mol/L, the coefficient of variation was between 4.2%～6.9%, the added rate of recovery of sample was between 94.7%～103.7%.[Conclusions]This method has high sensitivity and selectivity. Its precision and accuracy are up to the standard of analysis. |
