我国高等护理教育中人文教育现状分析与对策

摘    要:通过相关文献的回顾与分析,揭示了我国高等护理教育在人文教育环节中相对薄弱的现状,根据人文课程设置比例欠合理、教育模式与人文教育未能有机衔接、缺乏校园人文环境的熏陶等问题,提出加强人文学科的建设、加强基础课、专业课与人文课程的相互渗透与融合、提高护生对人文素养的认知与兴趣等针对性的建议,为加速高等教育改革与发展提供思路。

Abstract:Through the review and analysis of literatures, the paper concluded the shortages in humanity education in higher nursing education,included the unreasonable proportion of humanity courses, the improperly link of the current education model with humanity education, the lack of nurturing humanity environment on campus, and so on. Based on the problems, some targeted suggestions were proposed, including strengthening the construction of humanities, enhancing the mutual penetration and integration of basic courses, professional courses and humanity courses, improving nursing students' cognition and interest in humanistic quality.
