| 摘 要： | 目的：观察电针对糖尿病胃轻瘫（D（碧）大鼠胃Cajal间质细胞（ICC）超微结构的影响。方法：采用腹腔一次性注射2％链脲佐菌素溶液制备糖尿病模型。灌服200％熟地水煎液复制DGP模型,分组给予相应处理。电子显微镜下观察ICC的超微结构变化。结果：电针及吗丁啉均能增加ICC数量,并且修复其受损的超微结构。结论：ICC变性是DGP发生的一个重要原因,电针可以增加ICC的数量及修复ICC的受损结构,进而恢复其功能,从而起到治疗DCP的作用。
