| 摘 要： | 目的:了解我省社区卫生服务人员及培训基本情况。方法:书面调研与现场调研、座谈会、个人调查问卷表等。结果:我省社区卫生服务人员素质不高,培训工作不规范。结论:应适时启动全省全科医学教育工作,规范培训工作管理,提高社区卫生服务人员素质。

| Abstract: | Objective To learn about community health care personnel and their training.Methods Correspondance,on- the- spot estigation,questionaire,etc.Result Community health care personnel in our province and their training are substandard .Conclusion General medicine education should be started all over the province; training should be standardized and quality of community health care personnel should be raised. |
