龙岩市薄弱乡镇免疫规划疫苗接种率调查

目的为了解龙岩市薄弱乡镇免疫规划接种工作的实施效果,加强免疫规划工作的监测和评价,为制订相应免疫规划的策略提供科学依据。方法采用随机抽样方法在龙岩市6个县(市、区)的薄弱乡镇中,每个县(市、区)随机抽查2～5个乡镇,共21个乡镇,每个乡镇随机抽查接种内卡,调查2008年1月1日-2009年12月31日出生的儿童约30名。结果本次共调查630名儿童,其中2008年度儿童308人,2009年度儿童322人;卡介苗(BCG)、口服脊髓灰质炎减毒活疫苗(OPV)、百白破联合疫苗(DPT)、麻疹减毒活疫苗(MV)、乙型肝炎疫苗(HepB)全程接种率为93.8%～99.7%,全程合格接种率为93.8%～99.7%;流行性脑膜炎球菌多糖疫苗(MenA)、流行性乙型脑炎疫苗(JE)的全程合格接种率为78.1%、71.9%。结论我市薄弱乡镇的BCG、OPV、DPT、MV、HepB等5种疫苗的接种率维持在较高水平,而MenA、JE"两脑"接种率相对较低,需采取措施加强管理。
