| 摘 要： | 目的探讨初三学生开展艾滋病防治知识健康教育课的效果。方法 2011年5月16～30日对深泽县所有初三学生开展艾滋病防治知识健康教育课,采用容量比例概率的抽样方法抽取248人进行课前、课后艾滋病基本知识知晓率问卷调查,调查知晓情况。问卷内容包括个人基本信息,艾滋病防治知识8条以及获得艾滋病知识信息的来源。应用Excel2007和PEMS3.1软件,采用卡方检验对课前课后艾滋病知识知晓率进行分析。结果课前调查248人,课后245人,知晓率由课前的49.19%提高至课后的99.18%(χ2=160.23,P<0.01),获得艾滋病知识信息的来源主要为电视、报刊,其次为疾控中心的宣传活动、学校教育,咨询服务、医生等渠道较少。结论初三学生即将毕业,有的学生要走向社会,对艾滋病知识知晓率偏低,对其开展健康教育课耗时少、费用低、见效快,是宣传艾滋病防治知识的一种非常有效的方法。
