| 摘 要： | 目的了解卡介苗的接种质量,分析影响因素,为改善预防接种工作提供依据。方法应用卡介菌纯蛋白衍生物(BCG-PPD)试验方法,随机抽取城市和乡村各250名3个月～1岁儿童,接种卡介苗3个月后进行PPD阳转率调查。结果 BCG-PPD试验总阳性率88.60%,无性别差异,城市儿童BCG-PPD试验阳性率高于农村儿童。BCG-PPD试验阳性率与卡疤大小呈正相关。结论我市儿童卡介苗接种质量较高,应改善农村预防接种条件,加强对BCG预防接种人员特别是农村预防接种人员的技术培训,有利于提高预防接种质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the quality of BCG vaccination,analysis influence factors,and provide basis for improving the vaccination work.
