| 摘 要： | 目的从机构设置、人员和经费三个方面对青海省疾病预防控制机构现状和现存的问题进行分析,为青海省十一五疾病预防控制体系的完善提供参考依据。方法利用2006年中国卫生统计年鉴和青海省卫生统计年鉴资料,以及定性访谈资料进行分析。结果青海省于2005年底已经建立起覆盖全省的完善的三级疾控机构;各级疾控机构人员配置不足;政府对各级疾控机构,尤其是县级机构的财政拨款主要用于人员经费支出,对于日常业务经费投入不足。结论结合青海省实际情况,逐步增加各级疾控人员的编制以及对各级疾控,尤其是县级疾控的财政投入,保证其业务的正常开展。
