利多卡因和石蜡油在前列腺增生患者导尿术中的应用

目的探讨前列腺增生患者留置导尿管时经尿道口注入2%利多卡因和无菌石蜡油的效果观察。方法将80例前列腺增生患者按入院时间先后顺序分为对照组和实验组各40例,对照组患者按传统导尿术导尿;实验组患者经尿道口注入2%利多卡因和无菌石蜡油后进行导尿。结果实验组和对照组的导尿有效率分别为97.5%、70%;导尿致尿道出血率分别为7.5%、55%。实验组的导尿有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),有显著性差异;实验组的导尿致尿道出血率明显低于对照组(P<0.01),有显著性差异。结论前列腺增生患者经尿道口注入2%利多卡因和无菌石蜡油后进行导尿。该方法取材简便易行,成功率高,对尿道刺激小,损伤少,能减少患者的痛苦及尿路感染等并发症的发生,值得在临床中推广和应用。
