| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨16层螺旋CT诊断脊椎滑脱的价值.方法采用16层螺旋CT对脊椎滑脱患者进行扫描并重建,分析薄层重建、多平面重建(MPR)级及容积显示技术(VRT)对脊椎滑脱基本征象的显示及价值,并与常规横断面对比分析.结果 16层螺旋CT薄层重建、MPR、VRT在显示脊椎滑脱方面优于常规横断面.结论 16层螺旋CT通过薄层重建配合MPR、VRT能够克服横断扫描限制,更加细微、准确、立体、完整显示脊椎滑脱的基本征象,为脊椎滑脱的诊断提供更多信息.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of 16-slice spiral CT in diagnosing spondylolisthesis.Methods Patients with spondylolisthesis were scaned and reconstructed by 16-slice spial CT.After scanning,retrospective thin-slice reconstruction,multi-planar reconstruction(MPR) and volume rendering technique(VRT) images were obtained.These images were analyzed and compared with conventional axial images.Results Thin-slice reconstruction,MPR and VRT were provided higher detecing rate in spondylolisthesis than conventional ... |
