| 摘 要： | 目的探讨P波离散度在高血压并发心房颤动患者中作为无创性预测的价值。方法选取伴心房颤动的高血压病患者62例作为观察组,无心房颤动的高血压病患者55例作为对照组,测定心电图和超声心动图指标。结果观察组Pmax、Pd和LAD值分别较对照组增加了10.4、27.6和9.1,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但Pmin、LVEF值在两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。相关性分析发现仅Pd是心房颤动的独立预测因子。结论 P波离散度对高血压患者心房颤动的发生具有重要预测价值。
