| 摘 要： | 目的探讨采用闭合复位或结合有限切开复位LISS钢板内固定治疗老年性股骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法从2003年至2008年对21例65岁以上股骨远端骨折的患者采用复位后LISS钢板内固定系统治疗,其中男9例,女12例,骨折发生时平均年龄为69岁,对这些患者进行临床评估。结果随访平均持续时间为14个月(7～24个月),所有患者骨折愈合时间平均3.6月,本组病例没有使用同种异体骨条或自体骨植骨,没有出现并发症。结论 LISS钢板在治疗老年性股骨远端骨折时显示出相对于其他类型钢板的优势。微创的操作减少对骨折端血运的破坏,减低骨折不愈合等并发症,同时在这类骨质疏松性骨折中锁钉显示出良好的固定能力。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of close reduction or less open reduction with less invasive stabilization system(LISS)internal fixation in senile patients with distal femur fracture.Methods 21 cases with distal femoral fracture 9 men and 12 women with all average fracture age of 69 years from 2003 to 2008 were treated with LISS.The curative effects were assessed.Results The follow up visit(7 to 24 months) of mean l4 months showed that the average healing time of fractures was 3.6 months.No allograft or ... |
