| 摘 要： | 目的 了解我院剖宫产围术期应用抗菌药物情况,旨在为临床合理用药提供依据.方法 采用回顾性调查方法,对我院2010年6月至2010年11月207例剖宫产患者应用抗菌药物的情况进行统计、分析.结果 207例剖宫产患者围术期抗菌药物应用率为100%,给药途径均采用静脉滴注,疗程3～8 d,抗菌药物应用频率最高的是头孢替安,单用抗菌药物31例(14.97%);二联176例,术前给药2例,占0.97%,术后100%用药.结论 我院剖宫产患者围术期抗菌药物预防应用存在不合理之处,主要表现在药物的选择、给药时机不当及用药时间过长,应按围术期抗菌药物应用原则加以干预.
