护理干预对局部皮瓣转移修复小腿和足部软组织缺损皮瓣成活的影响

目的探讨护理干预对运用局部皮瓣转移修复小腿和足部软组织缺损术后皮瓣成活的影响。方法观察组选择2005年1月至2010年12月我科28例采用局部皮瓣转移修复胫前、踝部、足跟、足背等部位软组织缺损的患者,在皮瓣常规护理基础上我们细化护理措施,并运用人文关怀的护理理念实施护理干预;对照组选择2002年1月至2004年12月我科21例相同术式病例组,给予皮瓣常规护理。运用χ2检验进行疗效比较分析。结果观察组和对照组患者皮瓣一期成活率明显提高,观察组皮瓣一期成活率明显高于对照组。结论护理干预可有效预防血管危象的发生,皮瓣一期成活,提高了手术成功率。
