| 摘 要： | 目的研究自拟疏肝化瘀汤对无结石慢性胆囊炎的治疗作用及其作用机制方法在大耳兔体内复制慢性胆囊炎模型,同时以自拟疏肝化瘀汤进行治疗,通过胆囊的病理组织切片来观察治疗效果,通过检测血脂、肝功以及胆汁的胆固醇和胆汁酸含量等初步探讨其作用机制。结果中药组血胆固醇、脂蛋白、转氨酶等指标明显优于模型组(P<0.05)。胆汁TC值:模型组>中药组(P<0.05),中药组>空白组(P<0.05);胆汁TB值:模型组<中药组(P<0.05)。组织学检查显示中药组胆囊炎症反应明显减轻,肝脏病理改变较轻。结论自拟疏肝化瘀汤抑制兔胆囊炎症反应作用明显,其作用机制是因该方具疏肝化瘀﹑消痰散结之功效,从而达到了清血柔肝,消炎利胆的作用。
