无创与有创机械通气救治急性左心衰竭的比较研究

目的 观察无创通气和有创机械通气治疗急性左心衰竭的疗效.方法 对65例急性肺水肿患者随机分成无创通气组(32例)和有创通气组(33例),比较两组患者机械通气前后治疗效果.结果 两组患者经机械通气后呼吸困难均明显改善,心率、呼吸频率、氧分压、二氧化碳分压、中心静脉压及氧合指数等监护指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).无创组和有创组的有效率分别为81.2%和84.8%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论无创与有创机械通气治疗急性左心衰竭的疗效相似.根据病情选择合适的机械通气方式,是救治重症急性左心衰竭有效的方法.

Comparison of non-invasive and invasive ventilation on acute left heart failure
