| 摘 要： | 目的观察血脂、hs-CRP、D-二聚体联合检测对冠心病的临床诊断价值。方法对72例正常健康者及80例冠心病患者分别检测血清胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、D-二聚体(D-D),并进行统计学分析。结果冠心病患者血中hs-CRP、TG、TC、LDL-C、D-D检测结果均有不同程度的增高,且各项指标间呈明显正相关,HDL-C降低,与上述指标呈负相关。结论联合检测患者血液中hs-CRP、TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、D-二聚体的含量,对冠心病的早期诊断、临床分型、疗效观察具有重要的临床价值。
