| 摘 要： | 目的探讨自护理论在颅脑外伤患者压疮预防护理中的应用效果。方法将96例颅脑外伤患者随机分为对照组与自护组,对照组采取常规整体护理预防压疮。自护组在常规护理的基础上,运用自护理论进行护理。结果对照组压疮的发生率为1.6%,自护组压疮的发生率为0.2%,统计学分析P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论在颅脑外伤患者压疮预防工作过中,运用自护理论能够提高医护人员的工作效率,提高护士素质,增强患者康复信心。
