骨科住院患者的安全护理策略分析

目的探讨骨科住院患者的安全护理策略。方法分析骨科住院患者存在的不安全因素,针对原因寻找护理安全管理的有效对策。结果患者意外伤害发生率由0.26%下降到0.03%,患者的满意度也由实施前的90.0%上升到98.3%。结论针对不安全因素采取有效的护理措施,可降低不安全事件的发生,提高患者的满意度。
