| 摘 要： | 目的了解老年糖尿病患者下肢骨折后脑血管应激反应。方法对2001年1月～2004年1月因下肢骨折住院的85例老年糖尿病患者发生脑梗死进行回顾性研究，同时将85例因下肢骨折住院的老年非糖尿病患者作为对照组，了解下肢骨折后两组脑血管应激症状及脑梗死发生率。结果入院2周内老年糖尿病患者发生脑梗死明显多于老年非糖尿病患者，差异有显著性。结论老年糖尿病患者下肢骨折后较老年非糖尿病患者容易发生脑梗死。
