286例阴道出血的临床分析

目的探讨围绝经期、绝经后妇女阴道出血的原因与疾病的关系。方法对286例阴道出血病人常规妇科检查、宫颈刮片脱落细胞检查及诊断性刮宫术标本病理检查结果,进行回顾性分析。结果生殖道炎症130例（45.45%）,功能性出血88例（30.77%）,良性疾病64例（22.38%）,肿瘤4例（1.4%）。结论围绝经期出血以功能性子宫出血为主;绝经后出血最多原因是生殖器炎症。而阴道出血年龄越大、绝经年限越长、出血时间长、肿瘤的发生率明显增高。

Analysis of 286 cases of Causes of Vagina Haemorrhage

Objective To investigate the pathogenesis of perimenopausal and postmenopausal bleeding.Methods The clinical and pathologic data 0f 286 patients with perimenopausal and postmenopausal bleeding were allalyzed retrospectively.Results The cause of perimenopausal and postmenopausal bleeding were inflammational diseases（45.45%）,functional uterine bleeding（30.77%）,gynaecologic benign disease（22.38%）,and malignant tumors（1.4%）.Conclusion In the patients of perimenopausal vaginal bleeding,most of them had functional uterine bleeding,the cause of postmenopausal bleeding was inflammational diseases,and there was significant correlation between malignant tumors and age,menopausal duration,hemorrhage time.
