中晚期食管癌放疗和联合化疗112例的随机研究

目的：探讨放疗前联合化疗在治疗中晚期食管癌的作用。方法：将１１２例食管癌患者随机分为常规放疗组（常规组）５６例和放疗前行ＤＤＰ、５－Ｆｕ、ＶＣＲ联合化疗组（综合组）５６例２个组均随访５年以上，结果：放疗结束时食管Ｘ线点片ＣＲ＋ＰＲ综合组８５．７％，常规组６９．６％，１、２、３年生存率分别为６６．１％、３５．７％、１９．６％和４２．９％、１７．９％、１２．５％。结论：１、３年生存率综合组明显高于常规组，两者有显著差异（Ｐ〈０．０５），中晚期食管癌放疗前行联合化疗能提高生存率，值得进一步研究。

Random Study in Radiotherapy and Combined Chemotherapy for Advanced Esophageal Carcinoma of 112 Patients

Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of chemotherapy before radiotherapy for advanced esophageal carcinoma. Methods: 112 cases were randomly divided into two groups. One group was given radiotherapy alone (R, 56 patienls), another group was given combined chemohterapy with DDP .5 - Fu .VCR before radiotherapy (C R, 56 patients). Results: Esophagograms showed that CR PR were 85. 7 % in C R group and 42. 9 % . 17. 9 % . 12. 5 % in R group, respectively. Conclusion: The one and three - year survival rates in C R group were much better than those in R group (P < 0.05). Combined chemotheraphy before radiotherapy for advanced esophageal carcinoma can improve survival rates and is worth further studyig in clinic.
