中药结合介入疗法治疗急性坏死性胰腺炎的临床价值及护理

目的探讨介入疗法联合中药多途径治疗急性坏死性胰腺炎(ANP)的临床价值及其护理特点。方法选取ANP患者76例,随机分成实验组和对照组各38例。其中实验组以介入法联合多种中药多途径治疗ANP,并采取相应的特殊护理方法。对照组单独使用介入法治疗ANP,采用常规介入护理方法。比较2组患者间各临床指标的差异,总结介入法联合中药多途径治疗ANP的护理特点。结果(1)实验组较对照组患者在腹痛缓解时间、腹膜炎体征消失时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、血尿淀粉酶恢复正常时间、白细胞恢复正常时间、CT检查胰腺炎明显改善时间、动脉置管时间、体温恢复正常时间及住院天数上均明显缩短,P<0.05,并发症数量及死亡率实验组也较对照组显著下降,P<0.05。(2)对实验组患者的护理工作量相应减轻。结论介入法联合多种中药多途径治疗ANP优于单独使用介入法,并且总的护理工作量减轻。

Using traditional Chinese medicinal therapy and interventional therapy for patients with acute necrotizing pancreatitis

ObjectiveTo study the clinical effect of using traditional Chinese medicinal therapy and interventional therapy for patients with acute necrotizing pancreatitis, and summarize the nursing points. Methods Divided 76 ANP patients into experimental group and control group randomly, there were 38 cases in these 2 groups respectively. Using traditional Chinese medicinal therapy and interventional therapy in experimental group, using interventional therapy in control group. Compared the clinical values in 2 groups. WTHZ]Results All the clinical values were significant better in experimental group than those in control group,P<0.05. The amount of nursing working were lightened in experimental when compared with the control group. Conclusion The method of using traditional Chinese medicinal therapy and interventional therapy for ANP patients was effective.
