妇科止血颗粒促凝、抗炎作用的研究

目的 观察妇科止血颗粒（FKZXKL）的促凝、抗炎作用。方法 大鼠、小鼠经灌胃给药后，分别采用剪尾法、毛细玻管法、Quick一期法以及葡萄球菌聚集法测定出血时间（BT）、凝血时间（CT）、凝血酶原时间（PT）和血清纤维蛋白降解产物（FDP），血浆复钙时间（PRT）；用鼠 耳肿胀法与肉芽增生模型观察该药的抗炎作用。结果 FKZXKL能明显缩短小鼠的BT与CT，以及大鼠的PRT，但对PT和FDP量无影响；能分别降低鼠耳肿胀度与肉芽干重。结论 FKZXKL能明显促进内源性凝血系统的功能，但对外源性凝血系统以及纤溶系统无影响；FKZXKL具有抗炎作用。

Study on coagulation and anti-inflammation of FKZXKL

Objective To observe the effect of FKZXKL on blood coagulation and inflammation. Methods BT,CT,PT and FDP were assessed by shearing tail method,glass capillary method,Quick test and staphylococ cus condensation method respectively in rats and mice; PRT was also detected in mice,the models of the ear swelling of mice and cotton pellet granuloma of rats were adopted to assay anti inflammatory effct.Results FKZXKL could significantly reduce BT, CT and PRT. But effect on PT and FDP content was insignificant; FKZXKL could significantly inhibit the ear swelling of mice and inhibit proliferation of rats.Conclusion FKZXKL has effect of anti inflammation and coagulation.
