| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨血清癌胚抗原（CEA）、糖类抗原-125（CA125）对原发性肺癌的诊断价值。[方法]采用电化学发光法检测106例正常人和97例原发性肺癌患者血清CEA、CA-125的含量。[结果]CEA、CA125两项指标对原发性肺癌患者的阳性率分别为64.95%、53.61%,CEA＋CA125联合检测阳性率为80.41%。[结论]血清CEA、CA125对原发性肺癌的诊断、病情评估、疗效判断有较高的临床价值。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To discuss the diagnostic value of serum CEA and CA125 for primary lung cancer. [Methods] Detect the concent of serum CEA and CA125 of 106 cases of normal people and 97 cases of primary lung cancer patients withelectrochemiluminescence. [Results] The positive rate of the two indicators of CEA and CA125 for primary lung cancer are 64.95 % and 53.61%, and the positive rate of combined detection of CEA and CA125 goes up to 80.41%. [Conclusions] Serum CEA and CA125 have a high clinical value for diagnosis of primary lung cancer, the condition appraises and curative effect judgement. |
