| 摘 要： | 目的:评价64层容积CT对主动脉夹层术前诊断及介入术后评估的价值.方法:对由彩超提示的8例主动脉夹层Debakey Ⅲ患者,分别于介入术前、术后行彩超、数字减影X线造影(DSA)和64层容积CT扫描,对比分析3种方法对主动脉夹层的诊断价值.结果:彩超、64层容积CT、DSA均对8名患者做出主动脉夹层的诊断和正确分型;3种方法均能清晰显示主动脉腔内撕裂的内膜片.64层容积CT共显示8例患者破口29个,覆膜支架破口封堵术后内漏2个;DSA显示破口20个,介入术后内漏1个;彩超提示10个破口,显示术后内漏1例.结论:64层容积CT对主动脉夹层的诊断及介入术前、术后评估的价值优于DSA和彩超.

| Abstract: | Aim:To appraise the value of 64 slices spiral CT in the diagnosis and treatment of aortic dissection.Methods:Eight patients with aortic dissection underwent 64 slices spiral CT angiography pre-and post-operation of intervention therapy,and compared with Doppler and digital subtraction angiography(DSA).Results:Three methods all made the correct diagnosis,classification and manifest torn septa in all cases.But 29 breaches were showed by 64 slices CT in 8 cases,Doppler and DSA were 10 and 20,respectively.64 slices CT found 2 leakages after transluminal stent-graft placement and DSA 1,Doppler 1.Conclusion:64 slices spiral CT angiography is an excellent imaging modality for comprehensive evaluation of aortic dissection,and has more advantages compared with DSA and Doppler. |
