| 摘 要： | 目的:检测食管鳞癌组织中脆性组氨酸三联体(FHIT)蛋白的表达.方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测39例正常食管黏膜组织、23例不典型增生组织及39例食管鳞癌组织中FHIT蛋白的表达.结果:癌旁不典型增生组织和食管鳞癌组织中FHIT蛋白的阳性表达率分别为52.17%和28.21%,均低于正常食管黏膜组织的89.74%(P均＜0.01).FHIT蛋白的表达与食管鳞癌的分化程度及淋巴结转移有关,而与浸润深度无关.结论:FHIT蛋白的缺失与食管鳞癌的发生密切相关. |

| Abstract: | Aim:To detect the expression of fragile histine traid(FHIT) gene in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC) tissue.Methods:The expression of FHIT protein was detected using immunohistochemistry SP in 39 cases of normal esophageal tissue,23 cases of atypical hyperplasia tissue and 39 cases of ESCC tissue.Results:The positive rates of FHIT expression in adjacent atypical hyperplasia tissue and ESCC tissue were 52.17% and 28.21%,respectively,and both were lower than that in the normal esophageal tissue(89.74%),P<0.01.The positive rate of FHIT expression in ESCC is correlated with the degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis,but not with the invasive depth.Conclusion:The deletion of FHIT protein is closely related to carcinogenesis and development of ESCC. |
