82例社区精神分裂症患者的家庭暴力分析

目的分析社区内精神分裂症家庭暴力行为的恶果和司法意义,探讨相应对策。方法对82例社区内精神分裂症家庭暴力的伤害对象出现的形式、动机、自知力进行分析。结果82例社区内精神分裂症患者家庭暴力行为结果造成伤害135人,3人死亡。施暴者偏执型居多,占56%,伤害占55%,死亡1%,伤害对象配偶占46%,暴力出现形式冲动占57%。动机分析病理动机占49%。结论社区内精神分裂症实施家庭暴力主要系疾病症状所致。

Analysis about family violence in 82 community schizophrenia patients

Objective:Analyzing the legality and bad results of family violence behaviors in community schizophrenia patients, and give out the therapy.Methods:To analyze the type showing, Intention, and insight of objectives injured in family violence behaviors in 82 community schizophrenia patients. Results:In analyzing the family violence behaviors in 82 community schizophrenia patients, 135 patients were injured,3 patients died. Most of the behaviors are of paranoid type, which takes 56%, injury takes 55%, death takes 1%, and injury in spouse takes 46%. In analyzing the type showing in violence, impulsiveness takes 57%. In analyzing the intention, 49% patients are of pathomorphism.Conclusions:Family violence in community schizophrenia lies mostly in disease syndromes.
