| 摘 要： | 制药工程是药学和工程学交叉结合的一门综合性和实践性很强的学科，教师的科研背景对于促进师资队伍建设，丰富教学内容，激发学生学习兴趣，提高学生科研能力有积极的作用。教师应以教学为基础，以科研求发展，不断提高科研能力，处理好教学与科研的关系。
